About Us
My name is Melissa Luce and I am the owner of Melissa’s Maltipoos. I was born in 1966 in the small town of Waldoboro Maine. I am married to a wonderful man and have 5 great sons and 3 awesome grandsons. We now live in Pennsylvania.
In Maine, I owned my own home care business taking care of the elderly. Here in PA I became a stay at home mom looking for something to occupy my time and to “take care of”.
I have always loved little dogs and have fallen in love with the Maltese and the mixes of Yorkies and poodles. In doing so I thought that people needed a responsible breeder who offered healthy loving lap dogs as well as wonderful service dogs.
I started out breeding labs, but soon fell in love with and changed course to breeding Maltese and their mixes. . In doing so my main goals are producing healthy happy puppies and finding the best loving and caring homes for them. Along with giving the new puppy owners the right resources to raise a happy healthy puppy into a happy healthy dog.
I do offer ground transport within reason, He charges $1.00 per mile both ways.. There is additional charges for shipping
